Grupo Nación New Building
4.600 m² S.Jose C.Rica
We are pleased to share with you one of our flagship projects of 2013 in Costa Rica.
A ceiling lamp that has an hexagonal pattern made of Semi-translucent Acoustic Barrisol simulating a hive where they work together, says architect Daniel Cisneros, in charge of the work. More than 560 people in an area of 4,600 square meters. Three daily, weekly, dozens of magazines of all types and ... lots of action "in real time".
With an investment of about $ 5.5 million, "this is a space that was created to integrate the strengths of the different teams to enhance the Group's multi-platform offerings for our readers," said Antoinette Chaverri, general manager of Group Media Nation.
The roof "beehive" was made €‹€‹with Semi-translucent Acoustic Barrisol which is an absorbent material and has a peculiar curvature which aims to capture the sound waves generated inside the dynamics of journalism.
The space allows to incorporate natural light into the space and generate views of the mountains and sky.
